I am fortunate to possess an innate passion for entrepreneurship, which has guided my professional journey for many years. Besides being as a serial entrepreneur, I am also a business developer, specializing primarily in assessing business idea, help start businesses, craft business & marketing strategies, develop businesses and last but not least entrepreneurship. One of my notable contributions includes the development of the DFSPS model (Desirability, Feasibility, Scalability, Profitability & Sustainability), which serves as a practical framework for evaluating the potential of various business ventures.

My entrepreneurial endeavours span a breadth of industries, including restaurant franchise, international trade, fashion jewelry, residential property development, eCommerce, app development, academic advising, and business consultancy, to name a few. I am deeply passionate about the process of creating value from scratch, and my entrepreneurial ventures reflect my commitment to innovation and sustainable business practices.

Drawing upon my extensive experience across diverse academic and business sectors, I occasionally serve as a private tutor, assisting students in navigating the complexities of business studies and marketing. I am disheartened by the prevalent approach among many educators who merely repeat textbook material without providing context or rationale behind key concepts, models, or theories. In contrast, I prioritize enlightening students by elucidating the practical wisdom, rationale, and implications of these principles within the real-world business landscape. At people's request, I advise them to select their academic paths and careers using the model CITSOS developed by me.  CITSOS stands for Character, Interest, Talent, Salary, Opportunity and Social Responsibility.

I went to English primary and secondary school in Hong Kong and Gorseinon College of Further Education at A level in Wales. For the undergraduate education, I earned BA in Marketing with Distinction in Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland. Besides I completed the Post-Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship with Merit at Aston University in England and the Post-Graduate Certificate in Digital Marketing with Distinction at York university in Toronto in 2021 and 2022 respectively.  Academically, I am a digital and content marketer.

 

Besides English, I am fluent in Norwegian and have a good understanding of written Danish due to the study of Norwegian and philosophy at University of Bergen in Norway and living there for decades. I had  completed the Certificate in Legal Studies at Hong Kong University and took Contract and Criminal Law courses at London University as well. I had also studied Business Law at BI Norwegian Business School. Associated with the legal studies, I became also interested in legal English.
